This study guide accompanies the "How Deep the Father's Love" DevoDeck — a 10-stage journey through the four

guide walks you through the un-graspable love that surpasses knowledge. You will never reach the end. That's
the point.
Paul prays we would comprehend what surpasses knowledge — four dimensions of a love
so vast it fills the universe.

Confess treating God's love as doctrine. Renounce the lie that you already know its extent. Receive
the power to comprehend.

Do you believe God loves you — or do you experience it? When were you last overwhelmed by His love?
⚡ ACT
Read Ephesians 3:14–21 aloud every morning this week. Journal what the Holy Spirit reveals about each
dimension.
Arms stretched wide on the cross — reaching Jew and Gentile, slave and free, rich
and poor. No one is too far.
John 3:16"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only
Son."

Confess drawing lines around God's love. Renounce every lie that says you're too far or too broken.
Receive the width.

Who have you excluded from God's love — yourself or others? What categories have you used to limit
His reach?
⚡ ACT
Pray for one person you've mentally excluded from God's love by name this week.
His love predates creation and outlasts the cosmos — no beginning, no end, no
expiration date.
Ephesians 1:4"He chose us in him before the foundation of the
world."
Jeremiah 31:3"I have loved you with an everlasting
love."

Confess treating God's love as conditional. Renounce the lie that it has an expiration date. Receive
everlasting love.
🪞 REFLECT
Do you live as though God's love could run out? Have you ever felt like you've used up your quota of
grace?
⚡ ACT
Write Jeremiah 31:3 where you'll see it first thing every morning. Let it sink in before the day
hits.
From throne to manger to cross to grave — the most breathtaking descent in history.
He went lower than your lowest.
Philippians 2:6–8"He humbled himself by becoming obedient to
the point of death, even death on a cross."
🙏 PRAY
Confess believing you were too far gone. Renounce the lie that any darkness is deeper than His love.
Receive His rescue.
🪞 REFLECT
What is your deepest shame? Have you believed it disqualifies you? How far was God willing to go?
⚡ ACT
Write your shame. Write Philippians 2:8 underneath. He went lower. Burn or discard it — it no longer
defines you.
From pit to throne — not a folding chair in the hallway, a throne. Seated with
Christ, far above all rule and authority.
Ephesians 2:4–6"...raised us up with him and seated us with
him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus."

Confess living like a beggar. Renounce the orphan spirit. Receive your position — enthroned with
Christ right now.
🪞 REFLECT
Do you live from the throne or from the pit? Do you approach God as a beggar or as a beloved child?
⚡ ACT
Read Ephesians 2:4–7 each morning. Replace "us" with your name. Live from the throne this week.

93 billion light-years wide, billions of galaxies, each with billions of stars — and
He names every one. How much more does He know you?

Confess feeling insignificant. Renounce the lie that you're invisible. You are His workmanship — a
masterpiece.
🪞 REFLECT
When you look at the sky, do you feel forgotten or known? How does His naming every star change your
view of your significance?
⚡ ACT
Go outside tonight and read Psalm 147:4 under the stars. Say your name: "The God who named every star
knows my name."
Deeper than shame, wider than failure, more relentless than the tide. His mercies
are new every morning.
Lamentations 3:22–23"The steadfast love of the Lord never
ceases; his mercies never come to an end."
🙏 PRAY
Confess believing your shame is deeper than His mercy. Renounce running from the tide. Step into the
ocean.
🪞 REFLECT
What sin or failure have you believed is deeper than God's mercy? Have you been running from His
love?
⚡ ACT
Write one haunting shame. Write Micah 7:19 over it. Read Lamentations 3:22–23 before getting out of
bed tomorrow.
Death. Life. Angels. Rulers. Present. Future. Powers. Height. Depth. Anything in all
creation. NOTHING can separate us.
Romans 8:38–39"For I am sure that neither death nor life...
will be able to separate us from the love of God."
🙏 PRAY
Confess fearing something could break the chain. Renounce every lie. Declare: nothing CAN separate
me.
🪞 REFLECT
What do you fear could separate you from God's love? Put it on Paul's list. Read it again: nothing
CAN.
⚡ ACT
Write Romans 8:38–39 on a card. Write your biggest fear below it. Cross it out. Carry the card for 30
days.
Like a tree by living water — deep roots survive drought, storm, and fire because
the source is underground and unshakeable.
Ephesians 3:17"...rooted and grounded in love."
Jeremiah 17:8"He is like a tree planted by water, that does
not fear when heat comes."
🙏 PRAY
Confess shallow roots — drawing from approval, performance, circumstances. Renounce every false
source. Be rooted in love alone.
🪞 REFLECT
Where are your roots planted — in God's love, or in circumstances and approval? When drought comes,
do your leaves wither?
⚡ ACT
Identify your shallowest root area. Memorize the verse that addresses it. Speak it daily. Send roots
deeper than the drought.
Called to know what cannot be fully known — you will spend eternity discovering this
love and never reach the end.
Ephesians 3:19"...to know the love of Christ that surpasses
knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God."
🙏 PRAY
Receive the invitation. Renounce the lie that you've figured Him out. Ask to be surprised and
overwhelmed again.
🪞 REFLECT
Have you put God's love in a box? When were you last genuinely surprised by how much He loves you?
⚡ ACT
Pray Ephesians 3:14–21 daily for 21 days. Journal every surprise and discovery. You will not reach
the end.
"...to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all

✨ My Love Commitment
Having explored the width, length, depth, and height of the Father's love, I commit to living as one who
is infinitely, eternally, unshakably loved. I will not shrink from His love or reduce it to a doctrine.
I will experience it, explore it, and be surprised by it — daily. I am rooted and grounded in love.
Nothing can separate me. The journey never ends.
My specific commitment for the next 21 days:
Closing Prayer: Father, I thank You that Your love has no edge, no limit, no expiration. It
is wider than my categories, longer than time, deeper than my shame, and higher than my wildest imagination.
You descended to the grave to reach me and then enthroned me with Christ. You name every star — and You name
me. Your mercies are new every morning. Nothing can separate me from Your love. Surprise me again. Overwhelm
me again. Fill me with all Your fullness. To You be glory forever and ever. Amen.
